Some knowledge of knots and lashings is useful\, but not essential. This course is an optional addition to the Terrain 1 and Terrain 2 training courses. SUMMARY:Archery GB Instructor Course
DESCRIPTION:Would you love to learn how to lead archery sessions? Then come along to our beginners instructors course! The Archery GB Instructor Award is the industry’s leading training course for archery. The course is designed for learners with little or no prior experience of archery. \nWhat’s involved? \nYou will be trained and assessed by accredited Archery GB coaches who will show you how to: \n\nHow to shoot arrows\nHow to prepare and deliver archery sessions\nHow to select appropriate equipment\nHow to set up a range\nHow to ensure safety on the range\n\nYou will be able to lead fun and safe archery sessions for beginners. Learners must be at least 17 years old by the first day of the course. The successful learner will gain an Archery GB Instructor licence which lasts for three years. \nWhat’s included \nThe course fees include accommodation and catering across the weekend.
