B1 Canoe Training and Assessment

Please note that this event is being run by Forth Region and they have opened participation up to East Region. As such please note that signing up needs a District to be entered. They have said to just select one of their four Districts at random, and then add your correct details in the notes part.
This is a MULTI-day activity: 3, 10, 17, 24 May (assessment 7th June).
This course is suitable for those with some paddling experience looking to gain their B1 permit. Over 4 training sessions you will be taught the necessary paddling skills, as well as looking at group management on the water, and sharing ideas for activities and games. The 5th session is the assessment where your personal skills will be checked and you will be observed running a session for a group of Young People.
