New and Existing Volunteers Development Support Night

No booking required, just drop in and drop out as suites you.
This is an opportunity for new and existing volunteers to ask questions and find information on a first hand basis from the District Volunteering Development Team (DVDT) covering the following subjects:
- Learning / training – what is expected of you and how to access it?
- How do I get help and support during my volunteering?
- How do I do things such as getting a PVG, submitting a ‘Nights Away Notification’?
- How do I use the new membership digital tool?
And anything else you might want to know that’s Scouting related.
If there’s something that’s bothering you, or you simply don’t understand how something should work, please come along and ask. There’s no such thing as a stupid question and we will do our best to help you.
This will be an informal, drop in / drop out session and will be held in the Classroom building (the pre-fabricated building to the left hand side of SHQ building) at Fordell.
If you have questions about the new tool, it will be helpful (though not essential) if you could bring your device (e.g. laptop, tablet, phone) with you (if possible).
