Exciting news - nominations are now open for this year's Volunteering and Voluntary Sector Awards!
The awards celebrate the exceptional achievements of volunteers and voluntary organisations in Fife, giving them the special recognition they deserve.
This year's awards will be held on Tuesday 03 June at The Bay Hotel Kinghorn.

The outpouring of love, stories, and condolences shared about Sharkey has been truly moving. It’s clear he left an incredible impact on so many lives, especially through his tireless dedication as a Scouting volunteer. To honour his memory and preserve these heartfelt tributes for his family, we're creating a Book of Memories and Condolence.
This special collection of shared thoughts, times and experiences will be combined into a lasting keepsake for his family and a testament to the wonderful person Sharkey was. We invite everyone who knew him through Scouting to contribute by:
- Sharing a message or recalling a memory: Send your condolences, personal reflections or tell a story about a moment with Sharkey that stands out.
- Sending in your photos: If you have pictures with or of Sharkey we’d love to include them.
